Human-centred retail digital banking experience design for global financial services group

I worked with Old Mutual in adapting their mobile banking experience to large format touchscreen self-service terminals (SSTs), part of their retail banking innovation strategy that would be rolled out across flagship African retail banks. I collaborated with product teams in establishing new usability standards and design systems, including high-fidelity interactive prototypes for various banking engagements. We defended the need for an entirely new level of infographics to be integrated into the transactional flows to enable a more human-centred and emotive user experience. This formed a new 'chapter' in the recently launched digital guidelines.
