Experience design & strategy for early stage AI startup across product, brand and BD.
Tasked with designing initial phase product demo for early stage startup. My approach was to wireframe alongside and in response to Founder, Technical and Engineering to build form and experience for the product through clean wireframes exploring the various routes open to us.
I set up the design strategy framework to define, detail and map user stories and journeys across setup, content generation, editing and save / store, and set the roadmap for the demo and initial phases working directly with the CTO.
Alongside product, I developed empathy maps to support in design of an end-to-end experience, developed the brand identity framework, tone of voice, lexicon, and the design strategy to bridge product with BD, CS, and marketing experiences.
I led the branding agency, Kiss, in the brand identity design, and I set up the initial interim website in a week with the dev team, as well as design and produce all launch / early marketing and sales material across print and digital.
